I am 25 years old and come from Fredrikstad. This summer I took a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Bali and since I returned home I have been teaching a few yoga classes in Fredrikstad.

My desire is to deepen my own practice and to be able to share all the beautiful aspects I experience through yoga with others.

I will be setting up yoga class packages, simple classes and retreats. In addition to this, I also offer private classes with groups and individuals. For now, this applies mainly in Fredrikstad.
